How do I know I am hiring the right planner?

When choosing a wedding planner, it is important to consider their personality and perspective. You should feel completely comfortable with the planner you hire. Please see the “About Lisa” page to learn more about me and understand my approach.

Do you charge a flat rate for your services or a percentage based on budget?

We charge a flat rate for our services. It is our belief that you shouldn’t have to pay more for our services simply because you have a larger budget.  Our fees are reflective of the quality of experience we provide for our couples. We receive several blast inquiries each week from brides seeking our prices. If you are shopping for a planner on the basis of price, we are probably not a good match for you. To provide you with a quote, please call for a no-pressure, complimentary consultation so I can learn more about your wish list and hearts’ desires.

Do you accept kickbacks or commissions from vendors?

No, we do not accept kickbacks or commissions from any vendors. We only refer well qualified, reputable vendors who match your needs, style & budget. Not accepting kickbacks or upcharging your vendors’ fees ensures that your needs are our first priority, not our financial gain.

Can you get vendor discounts?

Our vendors are hardworking professionals who care about each and every event we stage. If a planner has worked with a great vendor, they know they are worth every penny! So, planners may not be able to get you tons of discounts, however, we save you money, time, and stress through our partnerships with top notch service providers. They love working with us, and our relationships with our vendors will benefit you!

Will you eat, drink & dance during the reception? How comfortable will you make yourself?

The average wedding day is at least 12 hours for the coordinator, and vendor meals during the reception, after your guests are served, are appreciated. However, we are there to do a job, therefore we will absolutely not be drinking any alcohol nor will we join your guests on the dance floor!

How much communication will we have?

There is no limit on email or phone communication. You can email, call or text as much & as often as you need! It is our policy to respond to all messages with in 24 business hours. Our goal is to ensure you are always in the loop, feeling heard & feeling confident in the proceedings.

Do you offer day of coordination?

Currently we are focusing on full service wedding planning for our clients. We have found that it is essential for us to be a part of the entire planning process from beginning to end in order to seamlessly manage your wedding.
