What you can expect:
Planning the Event:
- Maintain ongoing communication/consultations with you via phone and e-mail.
- Suggest venues for rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception.
- Recommend vendors and, upon your selection, review the contracts before you sign on the dotted line.
- Assist in your menu selection to create a sumptuous feast, for the eyes as well as the palate.
- Advise you on your music selection, be it live or recorded, for the ceremony and reception.
- Supervise your budget to keep your finances in check throughout the planning process.
- Create a detailed timeline/schedule of events and distribute to you, your wedding party, and all vendors.
- Coordinate rehearsal of the ceremony, (up to three hours.)
Upon Arrival:
- Two tropical leis.
- Gift basket full of Kauai grown fruit.
- Island orientation by Lisa and recommendations on the most fun and fabulous activities.
On the Big Day:
- Coordinate all components of the wedding day (up to 10 hours.)
- Make sure all floral arrangement, leis, corsages and boutonnieres are distributed properly.
- Oversee set up and design of ceremony and reception areas.
- Ensure steady flow of activities and traditions from pre-ceremony to the last dance.
- Collect and distribute final payments and gratuities.
