- Unlimited consultations provided personally between Lisa Insalata and client via email, text and phone.
- 24 hour response time with all emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Meet and greet with Lisa Insalata at 1Hotel Hanalei Bay one to two days after your Kauai arrival. Review of timeline and wrap up of any loose ends of wedding day schedule or details, answer last minute questions and concerns. Bridal party and family welcome!!
- Assistance in obtaining Hawaii State Marriage License and schedule licensing appointment with Kauai agent. Lisa Insalata will accompany client to licensing appointment upon request.
- 2MM liability insurance policy.
- Direction of ceremony rehearsal with bridal party to ensure everyone knows where to be.
- Research and all necessary communications for reserving wedding vendor services, including florists, designers, rentals, musicians, DJ, lighting specialists, stylists, officiants, entertainment, photography, videography, and transportation options that fit your personal event style and provide step by step direction on booking each vendor.
- Review of vendor contracts before you sign on the dotted line.
- Provide notifications when deposits and final payments are due. A spreadsheet will be provided of all Kauai wedding expenses.
- Google Doc shared folder consisting of all your vendor contracts, invoices, photos, floorplan, budget, and timeline.
- Create a detailed wedding day timeline to keep Lisa Insalata,1Hotel Hanalei Bay team, bridal party and all support vendors on the same page.
- Confirm all vendors and service providers both one week and two days prior to wedding day.
- Recommendations for welcome party or rehearsal dinner. A separate fee may be charged if coordination and management is requested for these events.
- Direction of ceremony rehearsal with bridal party to ensure everyone knows where to be.
- Coordinate transportation to and from the wedding venue for bridal party.
- Collaboration with 1Hotel Hanalei Bay management to ensure ceremony and reception set up reflects your pre approved floor plan.
- 1-2 staff assistants for Lisa Insalata day of wedding.
- Management of ceremony microphone and sound system. Confirmation of your processional and recessional selections with musician or DJ.
- Kamani Cove pre ceremony site inspection and clean up of newly fallen leaves or branches.
- Ongoing communication with 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay management, musicians, photographer and videographer to make certain each activity such as bridal introduction, toasts, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc, is captured and flow seamlessly.
- Ensure all floral arrangements, bouquets, leis and petals are delivered and distributed in a timely manner, as well as every component of wedding day decor. Including but not limited to wedding programs, fans, parasols, escort card display, seating card placement, signage, party favors, and framed photographs.
- Remain easily accessible as point person throughout event.
- Keep close at hand a wedding emergency kit “just in case.”
- Advice on wedding etiquette and when to “break the rules.”
- Two to four staff assistants for Lisa Insalata day of wedding and day after up to 8 hours each.
- Post event breakdown and cleanup.
Additional Services Provided by Lisa
- Upon request, Lisa Insalata will pick up and return bridal attire for professional steam pressing by designer Elisha Rinaldo, located in Kilauea. Steam pressing service paid for by client.
- Secure storage and handling of any wedding items mailed by client mailed to Lisa Insalata, not to exceed 4 boxes @ 25 lbs each.
- Make certain all personal items are returned to you or designated guest.
